Our manufacturing unit in Angul is equipped with a “New Automation CNC Workshop” designed to handle heavy-duty fabrication and precision machining. By controlling our infrastructure, we control the quality of every gear, shaft, and body frame.
CNC Automation: High-precision turning and milling with BFW (BMV-65 TC 20, VIRAT 1530) and Rhino (3120) machinery.
Heavy Boring: Karam Horizontal Boring Machine (Table: 3000x1000mm, Spindle Dia: 110mm) ensuring minimal tool deflection for large-part accuracy.
Vertical Machining Center (VMC): Advanced Sound Machinery VMC for creating complex geometries that manual fabrication cannot achieve.
Heavy Duty Operations: Equipped with Radial Drills (ERD50 x 16B) and Heavy Duty Lathes for massive component handling.
