ROLLER CRUSHERS

SONIKH offers two configurations of roller crushers: Smooth Roll Crusher and Toothed Roll Crusher, selected based on specific application requirements. The roller crusher delivers optimal crushing force through adjustable spring arrangements and variable roll speeds. Crushing pressure directly influences the reduction ratio, while roll speed controls the throughput capacity.Roller crushers are ideal for processing easily crushed materials including limestone, dolomite, coal, coke, slag, quartz, and similar products. The material is compressed between two rotating rolls one fixed and one floating producing high crushing pressure for consistent and efficient size reduction.
