Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd incorporated on 04 April 2024 in Angul, Odisha, India the company is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (ROC Cuttack) and operates as an active private
limited enterprise engaged in the manufacture and fabricaƟon of industrial equipment, specifically under the category of “Manufacture of Heavy Machineries”
1. General
These Terms of Manufacturing govern all manufacturing, fabrication, supply, installation, and related services provided by Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd to its customers by placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Work
Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd provides manufacturing services including design support, fabrication,
machining, assembly, testing, supply, and installation as per approved drawings, specifications, and agreed
purchase orders for all mining, cement, steel plants, power plants, & crusher industries.
3. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed through an official Purchase Order (PO). Manufacturing will begin only
aŌer receipt of confirmed order, approved drawings, and advance payment (if applicable).
4. Design and Specifications
The Customer must provide complete and approved drawings, technical specifications, and
requirements. The Company shall manufacture products strictly according to the approved specifications.
Any change in design after order confirmation may affect delivery time and cost.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Prices are as per quotation and valid for specified period.
- Payment terms will be as agreed in quotation or purchase order.
- Delay in payment may result in delay of delivery.
- Applicable taxes, freight, and installation charges shall be extra unless otherwise specified.
6. Manufacturing and Quality
Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd follows strict quality control procedures during manufacturing. Inspection and testing will be conducted before dispatch. Customer inspection can be arranged if required and agreed in
advance.
7. Delivery and Dispatch
Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on material availability, design approval, and production conditions. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or customer-related delays.
8. Installation and Commissioning
If included in scope, installation and commissioning will be carried out at customer site. Customer must ensure site readiness, power availability, and safety compliance.
9. Warranty
The Company provides warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period as mentioned in the quotation. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized
modification, or normal wear and tear.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect losses, production loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, technical data, and manufacturing methods developed by the Company remain
the property of Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Cancellation of Order
Order cancellation must be requested in writing. Charges for completed work, materials purchased, and production costs shall be applicable.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, fire, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located Angul, Odisha.
15. Amendments
Sonikh Enggfab Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
